By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
A Contract between the customer and Baby Munchkin for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers debit or credit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched including postage where appropriate) and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure that published prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Cancellation & Return Policy
At Baby Munchkin we want you to be 100% delighted with what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition with original packaging that you received them in. Please return the invoice that was emailed to you along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Unfortunately, unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund the cost of returning your order. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20 percent of the original selling price from the refund amount. If you have requested a refund, upon receipt of your returned goods we will refund the total cost of the goods, as soon as possible, but no later than 28 working days after receiving them.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or you received the wrong item, a full refund or exchange will be provided, according to your preference. Please refer to the above mentioned Cancellation and Return Policy.
We will also reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us if the item is faulty or you received the wrong item. When returning item please indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy
When exchanging goods, if the items are cheaper than the items returned we will refund you the difference. If the items are more expensive than the ones you have returned, an additional payment of the balance will be required.
Goods and Conformity
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Please also be aware that colour mixes on puzzle mats may vary slightly from pictures shown.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by the law and except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of Baby Munchkin, its directors or any employees of Baby Munchkin shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever whether caused by negligence on the part of Baby Munchkin, its directors, employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relations to the products ordered by you, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
